Cordelia's small classes & one-to-ones explain in clear, simple language the aim of each exercise, where to place your attention is in your body, and how to position yourself correctly.

All participants receive individual attention & exercise variations to deliver a bespoke experience within a class setting.

Why Cordelia’s Classes?

 

Cordelia offers individual attention within a group and a huge amount of individual support. Each session delivers a bespoke experience with a close mentoring, to ensure your development progresses well and to help you refine your technique. The experience is not just around a set choreography, but a way of doing the movement which gets the right muscles working on your body.

It’s all about adapting the movement for your body. Cordelia always makes sure there is time for advice - a couple of minutes after class to get individual feedback - sitting posture, running tips, neck release - resolving the niggles and issues of your body

Booking in blocks ensures each that the class is planned around those who will be in the class rather than random drop in classes. You will see consistent work lead to definite progress.

Cordelia is a Clinical Pilates teacher with in-depth knowledge of  biomechanics  -  how the body is designed to move. Put simply she understands how to choose the right exercise for the individual's particular requirements. Cordelia’s expertly trained eye can adjust the body into the right position to activate the appropriate muscles.

So whether it’s sore necks, stiff upper backs, painful low backs, enhancing your sports performance, reducing daily aches & pains or for your general well being & fitness - Cordelia can offer the help that you need.
