About Jason

Jason has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years, and as both a personal trainer and Pilates instructor focuses on a complete development of the body in order to enhance all areas of life.

He has been teaching Pilates for 7 years and has integrated its principles into strength & conditioning training as well as various combat disciplines over the years. As a 3rd year osteopathy student and sports massage therapist his knowledge is consistently growing and he values sharing that knowledge with those it can help on their fitness journeys.

He feels very lucky to be a part of the Beyond Pilates London Studio and looks forward to working with people and creating truly powerful relationships with those he assists.

Bio

 

Having taught martial arts from the age of 16, Jason is a very experienced Personal Trainer and has worked in physiotherapy clinics and 1:1 with professional sports people, celebrities and individuals from all walks of life.

He has taught numerous classes including indoor cycling, HIIT training, Pilates, various bootcamps and workshops empowering people to take fitness action into their lives.

He is currently studying at the university college of Osteopathy where he is completing his Masters in Osteopathy. He is successfully integrating his understanding of rehabilitation and anatomy and physiology into all aspects of his training.

His unique fitness perspective stems from his experiences with an American Indian as a teenager, making a true love and reconnection to the natural word as a part of any meaningful physical development in health.

Jason’s hobbies include songwriting and performing (vocals/piano/guitar), painting, writing, telling bad jokes and being amazed at as many things as possible on a daily basis .

He has also written his first book How to be Fit and Healthy in the Modern World addressing the challenges we all face in that way, and he is busy writing more.
